AI Governance Gap Check

Privacy

The short version: your answers are stored without your name unless you ask for the report by email, and there is no newsletter.

What happens when you take the check

Your answers are worked out in your browser, so your result appears without anything being sent anywhere first. We then store the answers and the score, with no name attached.

We keep that record to learn which gaps are common and whether the tool is useful. It contains the options you selected and the resulting score. It does not contain your name, your company name, or your email address.

Only if you join the waitlist

If you enter your email address to be told when the paid pack is ready, we store that address with your score. That is all it is used for: one email, when there is something to tell you.

We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not run a follow-up sequence, and we do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone.

How we count visits

We count page views on our own servers. No cookies, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, and nothing stored in your browser.

Each view records the page, the country from the network edge, and the website you arrived from if there was one. That is how we know whether anybody is finding this at all. It is not linked to you, and there is no identifier that follows you between visits.

What we do not collect

No advertising trackers. No Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics. No cookies for profiling. No fingerprinting. If that changes, this page changes first.

Our server records the country your request came from, which we use only to apply the service scope described below. We do not build a profile from it.

We also store a one-way hash of your IP address, purely to stop the same machine flooding the database. It cannot be turned back into an address, it is not used to recognise you, and it is not linked to your email.

Who this service is offered to

This tool is offered to organisations in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore and India. It is not directed at the European Economic Area.

We do not market this service in the EEA. If you tell us your organisation is based there, we will not send you a report and will not store your email address.

How long we keep things

Anonymous answer records are kept while the tool is running, because they are how we know whether it works. Email addresses are kept until you ask us to remove yours.

Having your data removed

Reply to the report email and ask, in whatever words you like. We will delete your address and the answers linked to it. You do not need to explain why, and there is nothing to justify.

Where things are processed

This site is served from a content delivery network with servers in many countries. The operator of this service is based in India. Records are stored with providers who may process data outside your country.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects what we collect, the change applies going forward, not retroactively.
